I want a website and android application. It should be possible 1.From the webpage, to turn on the IP Webcam app, or similar video streaming device, on the Android device. 2.This must be done through a wifi connection between the device and a home router. There is no data plan for the android device in this design. 3.The video feed from Ip Webcam app on the phone must be sent back to the website, through port mapping or otherwise to be viewed. You have to deliver 1. code for both the application 2. instructions for deployment. 3. tutorial on how to build this simple system (considering reader is a novice), it should contain all the information about which software tools are needed, where to get them and instructions to write the code(with explationation of the code).
