We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of a website. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work. This job must be tested and finished by EDT 12 PM August 1. A bonus of additional $100 if work is completed by July 28. An idea, requirements and details are in the attached document. Summary: We need to develop a small website that will attract and manage 1,000 registered members. The site will have video, registration forms, registered member individual pages, a referral system and an administration dashboard. Your proposal should have two parts: design and graphic. And the cost for each of these two parts. Our inspirations for the "look and feel" are these websites: We could provide all web graphics developed in the United States. Thus, you should make two proposals: one proposal with price/cost of graphics, and one without graphics. IMPORTANT: If you do not give us two prices we will not be able to review your proposal. Also TIME is very important to us. Please let us know if you really think that you can complete this job on time. In addition, please provide reference, with email and name of past clients that can attest that you complete your jobs on time. We will review all proposal TOMORROW from EDT (New York, USA time) 7 PM July 16 to EDT 1 AM July 17. Developers should be available for email questions or Skype chats from EDT 10 PM July 16 to EDT 2AM July 17. Payments: -We will pay 20% of the contract at the beginning. -We will pay 60% at the moment the first full completed site is done (according to the developer). Once the project is completed, please have this up and running on a development webserver I can access to test its functionality as described. -If 90% of the site is completed by EDT 12 PM, July 28, we will give the developer additional $100 bonus.
