I require someone with a fair amount of OCR experience. I have worked with other coders but the results have never reached what I was expecting. The coder I originally was happy with is now retired and I have been looking for someone to replace him. I want someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a challenge. Please be fluent in English as communication was an issue with my last coder. To go in a little detail, I need someone who would be capable of keeping a consistently high accuracy. In addition to the OCR, I need the the scanned image to be input automatically.
