Job Description/Major Responsibilities: The Consent Decree Project Manager will help lead cross functional Quality System Element (QSE) Project teams at the Lancaster Pa site, who are responsible for the management and execution of all compliance and remediation projects. Successful Project Management includes guiding the QSE teams toward the successful and on-time delivery of the Consent Decree Workplan. Critical skills needed to perform the job include demonstrated proficiency in business and financial acumen, project management, communication, process management, and performance management. Making the complex simple and representing a true enterprise view are critical competencies. The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver aggressive plans and in attainment of Workplan goals. They will lead teams to deliver compliant and sustainable systems and identify and minimize project risk. Project Managers will drive team accountability for deliverables, develop and deliver team recommendations to senior management, create and meet all project milestones and financial commitments. They are expected to develop project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines, as well as identify and manage project priorities and cross-project dependencies. Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Business or a related discipline Required Experience/Technical Competencies: •A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry. •Minimum of 3 years of project management, team leadership or functional line management experience in pharmaceutical industry. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Proven leadership with significant experience in demonstrating effective influence of senior management (Vice President and above). •Proven record of leading teams in delivering results. •Experience in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment. •Familiar with standard PM tools and templates. (Microsoft Project) •Business and Financial Acumen. Job Knowledge/Skillsets: •Masters degree or MBA or other advanced degree. •PMP or a Project Management certification. •Process Excellence or Six Sigma training. •Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams. •Prior Consent Decree and/or compliance related activities Travel: Minimal (<10%) Contract Length: 12-24 months
