Graphic Designer & Web Administrator
If you are good at what you do, then I want to hear from you. We organise business events for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Our next event in London is in November and our keynote speaker if former president of the United States of America: President Bill Clinton. We anticipate an audience of 4,000 or more delegates for our event and are looking for someone who is honest, reliable and works with integrity and is prepared to go 'that extra mile'. What's the project? You'll be expected to use your creative nature to design logo's, brochures, resizing images, upload web content, and generally be our go-to member of the marketing team for everything 'design' orientated. Your work could also include designing for websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity. You will also be required to create back-links by researching and connecting with directories, blogs and/or forums. You will be expected to keep a log of your work. Who am i looking for? I'm looking for someone with excellent graphic design skills and a creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense - someone who is fast and efficient, with common sense and some understanding of entrepreneurs and small businesses. but most important of all, someone who is competent in the use of design packages such as inDesign, Adobe, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash. You should have: - creative flair - a strong visual sense originality - strong computer skills - confidence, to present and explain ideas - the ability to grasp our needs and consider practical solutions - the ability to pay attention to detail - the ability to balance work on several projects at a time - good teamworking skills - flexibility - an awareness of the competitive business environment - a matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected.
