A recently deployed web based CRM platform requires a Business Analyst to continue with a wider implementation across other business divisions. As an experienced Business Analyst, facilitating stakeholder workshops and management interviews will be second nature to you. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills are key to success alongside proven gap analysis skills. You will be experienced in producing business and functional requirements alongside the creation of process analysis, modeling and solution design. It would be advantageous for you to have a knowledge of CRM applications particularly within a Salesforce.com environment, and have exposure to previous Government departments.
