Roles and Responsibilities • Plan, estimate and strategies documentation work and help in solution engineering team in writing presentations and proposals. • Scope, track and manage documentation process to ensure that high quality documentation is delivered on time. • Initiate process improvements and participate in organizational efforts to develop and update documentation standards, templates and procedure. • Coordinate with various teams(Dev/Test/Sales) in the organization to capture all the required information and put it in efficient presentable format for presentations/proposals.
