We are an indepedent property rental agency, providing holiday and executive accommodation in Australia. We are looking for a detail orientated, self starter, with exceptional skills in data entry, outlook and excel . They must be 100% accurate with advanced written and spoken English. Job Description: We are currently seeking an expert Data Entry Specialist that can receive information from a variety of sources and can accurately and quickly transcribe it into an excel spreadsheet. Output: Create a excel list of leads and prospects for our accommodation business Initial job: approx 2000 records (Pending receipt of accurate initial job, a future hourly rate job will be available on a monthly basis approx . 500 per month.) Key tasks: - data entry of raw leads (in form data): convert/transcribe/copy from email format into excel spreadsheet corresponding to key fields / data points as required by the content - check for duplicate records: record booking enquiry history: record key booking data - Converse with company management and staff, updating on project status. - Deliver requested data to team members in a timely fashion - Ensure the accuracy of both data input and output Your qualifications: - Previous experience in data entry - A firm understanding of office applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, email and databases - Willingness to take feedback and adapt to requests - Proactive and able to anticipate needs - Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills - Typing speed of 55 WPM or higher - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred - Please mention any additional proficiencies you may have as they will be considered We require assurance our data will be kept private and secure and require confirmation this data will not be shared, sold or used for any other purpose other than as outlined in this job.
