A leading food manufacturer with a long rich heritage and is deeply rooted in its values is seeking a Production Line Leader to join their expanding team in Market Drayton, Telford due to the continuation of increased demand. As a Production Line Leader you will: - Supervise a team. - Set targets in line with management strategy. - Ensure the smooth running of production lines. - Maintain team morale. - Work in a fast paced environment. - Ensure quality is met to a high standard at all times. The ideal Production Line Leader will hold the following skills and experiences: - Previous experience as a line leader in a food environment. - Able to work under pressure. - Able to monitor and manage the different processes of each line when operating. This is a temporary contract for 5 months + Good opportunities for permanent placements. You will be working 48 hours per week - 4 days / 4 nights over 7 days, 6.00 am - 6.00 pm and 6.00 pm to 6.00 am. In return you will receive a salary of £13.00 per hour.
