20 Hours per week Must be able to work Friday. The other hours can be flexible over 4 or 5 days. This role is to work managing customer enquires on the in-bound phone line. We are looking for an articulate indiviudal with excellent communications and listening skills. You must have prior expereince managing customer queries and have a good telephone manner. This is a maternity cover to start as soon as possible so would suit someone available immediately.
