Synechron on behalf of our client, a leader in technology protection services is looking for a Kronos System Analyst responsible for supporting numerous Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for significant portion of the job, with specific regard to inbound/outbound interface development between Kronos and ancillary systems and review/revision/refinement of existing interfaces applying *best practice* techniques. This is a long term role and is based in Nashville, TN Job Role: *Participate in Kronos full-system review. This will include data cleanup, system testing and all aspects of user support that may result from changes to data sets, naming conventions, profile development and interface revision/rewrite. *Participate in the deployment of the Attendance module and other custom work being provided by the vendor under the direction of the Product Architect. *Work with up and down stream processes to improve data imports to develop more accurate approaches and reduce the amount of manual work. (Automate manual business processes where possible) *Documentation of all aspects of system configuration, process standardization and daily operations and support will be a major aspect of all projects. *Consults with team members to support system development and evaluate need for or alternatives to systems modifications *Work with end users to develop and improve report extracts. *Research reports of user issues and provide assistance as needed for all aspects of system use including timecard maintenance, to Payroll configuration, training and access issues. *Custom development support, international payroll configuration, experience with call centers and Oracle to SQL database conversion. Requirements Required Skills: *Excellent experience of Kronos WorkForce Central 6.2 and WIM. *Excellent experience with WIM v6.2; interface redesign, modification and updating, ability to train team members in WIM configuration and experience with schedule imports a plus; Aspect scheduling system experience a plus. *Good experience with reporting; primarily WIM-based data extracts, attendance reporting will be a large part of the assignment and SSRS set up and reporting a significant plus. *Experience with Attendance module; set up, reporting and support. *Experience with interface writing/review/revision/deployment. *Prior experience with Kronos Attendance module is a plus. *Strong verbal and written skills with internal and external constituents. *Proven and effective organizational and time management skills.
