Project Manager-Delivery Improvement Lead Leading the delivery of a large-scale improvement programme at a major international manufacturing company. The improvement programme is about accelerating time-to-benefits realisation of the client’s IT-enabled strategic programmes, lowering the cost of quality, increasing business satisfaction and confidence in IT and repeatedly deliver projects to budgets. This project delivery improvement programme runs under the sponsorship of IT Governance. Experiences and Skills Qualifications/Experience · At least 10 years of project and programme management experience for a professional services company · A successful track record in the implementation business transformation programmes · Practice leader with hands-on experience in the application and combination of industry best practices (CMMI, Lean and Agile, PMBOK, MSP, etc.) · Experience in setting up PMOs and IT Governance organisation and practices · Coaching experience at different levels in an organisation Competencies & Skills · Outstanding coaching skills · C ollaborative leadership style · Diplomatic and organisational sensitivity · Pragmatic approach to applying and combining industry best practices · Resilient London based with occasional travel to the European continent.
