Looking at expert virtual assistance to complete the US or other country company registration (eg delaware or wyoming or nevada ) which ever fits our needs (and which has kind of tax free treaty with other countries including India): - we want to setup legitimate business of IT product sales. - need LLC as subsidiary of our current company. - we are not going to do business in US (at least not in first year)...business will happen in Asia and Africa besides Caribbean. - we would like to avoid all recurring formalities/ legalities/ filings to maximum extent. - as we are not doing business in US...we would like to avoid all TAXes if any. - virtual address, mail forward, phone answer (recurring fees ok.) - minimum recurring fees. - protection against law suits. - bank account/ merchant account. - Fees/ Tax free transfer of revenues to us outside US. - cpa and legal service for first year.
