Installation work involves daily customer interface so strong communication skills and a professional appearance is expected. Trade school certification or equivalent experience is a plus. All contractors are required to be able to lift 70 lbs and have a truck or van that can carry a 28-foot fiberglass extension ladder. All contractors must have a good driving record and submit to a criminal background and drug test. Strong organization skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently is essential.
