Our client in Washington, DC is seeking a Skilled Nursing Facility Billing and Collections Specialist who will: Perform all billing and collection functions for the company's Skilled Nursing division Bill and manage all Medicare, Medicaid (mostly on the commercial side) Determine reason for first pass claim denials and re-bill outstanding balances and associated accounts receivable Investigate and collect on delinquent accounts and contact all payers and/or third party organizations to facilitate payment Re-bill denied claims and communicate the reasons for unbilled and unrecognized revenue Candidates must have experience in Nursing Facility billing and collections as well as good communication skills.
