In this position candidates will be … Work with all devices being deployed into the Retail environment. Devices could include Mobile wireless, PC’s and peripherals, Store servers, Registers & peripherals. All projects typically use in-store associates to install following developed set of procedures and processes. Skills Needed: Good organizational, written and verbal skills - they will be on the phone giving stores complicated instructions and will need to track and document events. Good knowledge and use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Knowledge of remote access to PC’s and servers (Tivoli, Remote Desktop, HOD). The ability to multi task - they will work with several stores at the same time and may work on several different projects at a time. Good basic PC troubleshooting knowledge (A+ Certification or equivalent) Help desk experience.
