Job Description: Deep cleans, sanitizes and maintains kitchen areas, stockroom and restaurant. Performs duties such as sweeping, mopping and vacuming floors. Scrubs walls, doors, ceilings, etc. while following guidelines for proper use of chemicals and cleaning supplies. Empty trash cans and waste throughout restaurant.
