The wholesale banking and markets arm of a leading UK Banking Group requires a Financial Analyst to come on board on a 6 month contract basis. The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and experience: * Financial services background essential. * Qualified/ nearly qualified accountant. * Must be able to demonstrate Analytical skills. * Strong Excel skills (formulae such as vlookups) essential and Hyperion Essbase preferred. * Attention to detail and good communication skills essential. * Financial Planning experience preferred. The three main workstreams the contractor will become involved in are: 1. Financial planning and reporting 2. Ongoing development of financial planning and reporting tools and processes 3.
