Precor's Marketing team is looking for a Web Content Coordinator for a 6-9+ month contract position. The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of content on Precor.com. Some content will need to be developed and some will be provided by subject matter experts. This position will collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure that Precor.com messaging is brand consistent and cohesive for our target audiences (consumer and commercial), dealers/distributors and employees. POSITION SUMMARY This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager * Online Marketing. In addition to implementing site content, this person will also work closely with the Online Marketing team, which includes a Content Manager, SEM/SEO Program Manager, Web Developer and Design team. Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage content for organization's web presence (requires working with content management software * Precor.com uses both Drupal and Magento) Approximately 75% of day-to-day work is produced in Drupal content management system Coordinate web projects across departments and Precor marketing personnel globally Adhere to Precor brand standards to deliver a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties Working with international marketing team and technical communications, coordinate the workflow of content for 14+ languages on localized web sites Copyedit and proofread all web content Keep current with emerging web technologies Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference Work cooperatively with key Online Marketing team members as well as other marketers based in Woodinville corporate office and international offices JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with Drupal content management system & Magento e-commerce platform. Exceptional communication and organizational skills Understanding of SEO and its role in guiding content development Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic Adobe Photoshop skills Familiarity with JIRA and Basecamp project management tools Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team Understanding of brand and how it influences tactical execution Working knowledge of HTML5 is a plus Passion for the fitness industry and knowledge of Precor products a plus Travel: 0%
