I was thinking of a few different pages (14x22inches) illustrating my idea of a business/comic presentation: Page 1: A long, semi-winding golden road would be centered on the page. At the top would be the "line-up" of the enemies across the 'goal' (The land of increasing market share!), in the distance, with weapons, enemies are all dressed the same (but look different representing: Insanity, Complacency, Ignorance, Scope Creep & Easy Route), similar to "Mr. Smith" in the Matrix. The company character would be standing at the bottom of the page, with their back to the reader, and I would be standing off to the side, but at the bottom watching the main company character, with my banner and white tux. My foot would be on top of my "idea" treasure chest, which illuminates from within. Page 2: The idea treasure chest is being opened by the company character, as the company chose my idea, and the 'Smiths' look worried about the battle that will begin with my 'idea' (weapon) in the hands of the company character. Once the fight starts, the company character is obviously gaining an advantage and ultimately going to win. Page 3: The company character wins the battle and is moving into the goal area. Vanquished enemies littering the golden road now as the company character has defeated them. My character is applauding, at the finish line, as the company character crosses into the coveted area. Page 4: (alternative version) The company character begins battle without opening my treasure chest and the battle is looking in favor of the enemies. My 'idea' treasure chest is still illuminating from within as I'm in my same area by my treasure chest and have my hand on my head, looking surprised/shocked-- as if I'm saying "why didn't he take my treasure chest?!?" Page 5: The enemies are victorious and are dragging the character off into the distance away from the goal. The character is digging his nails into the ground as they are dragging him/her off and leaving nail scrapings in the golden road. I'm shaking my head with my hands over my face. I have multiple pictures of myself and enemy ideas that I can also submit once we agree on work. Let me know what you think on the quote!
