I want to build a site that attracts teachers and colleges. The idea is to get a team of teachers, their skills, their knowledge. Keep them up to date with what is happening in their industry. I want the colleges to be able to search for the teachers and see who is available From there I want the college to have to pay to find out more about a teacher. they will be able to book the teacher for a day, week, month or more. If the chosen teacher (sorted by skills and experience) is not available, the next three closes matches should automatically come up so that the college can see who else is available. Teachers can add video of their classes, post webinars, build online training sessions and be encouraged to do whatever you think is required from these people. The teacher will be free to enrol, then they will pay a fee to put more things on the site. I need a powerful engine to get all this data and have a great way to feed it to the target market. SEO will attract teachers to register, colleges to register but find opportunities. Anytime there is a tender available we will be advised. Anytime someone searches we will be forward at the top of that search. Teachers enter their hourly rate, we build in our own rate and that is the rate the college sees. Unlike most sites like this, if they get to know each other they can work outside the system so we want them to sign an ironclad contract that makes them think they cannot ever work with a college they met through us. What would it cost to build this up? What stages do you see we need. This would have to be fully documented with a requirements book and reported against all. We would want a versioning system used in the design and ongoing development of this tool It needs to be easy to use for the end user. This is a tool for commercial businesses, teachers, colleges, and private people. It will need to address country specific training requirements like the AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) and the VET (Vocational education and training) needs in Australia.
