As the Change Consultant / Manager you will manage mid-size projects relating to corporate change initiatives that impact a single major business or function. This position will be responsible for end-to-end planning, implementation and adoption across the business, operations and support functions. You will direct and manage overall project status, resources, change controls and risks. You will partner with the Business and internal and external Functional Teams to deliver objectives. This position involves active involvement in the conduct / execution of project activities. The position typically has cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Some projects may also have significant impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products or services. Change Consultant / Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Project / Change Management experience You must be proficient in the MS Office Suite Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Excel is required You must be able to translate plans / policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans, and deliverables Plan, prepare for, and effectively facilitates team meetings and presentations Apply all aspects of program / project management: resource planning, work breakdown, risk / issue management, financial management, implementation planning, testing, training, communication, etc. Ability to learn the business partner / client's business, systems, and operations; bring the voice of the customer into the project Lead projects and manage partner relationships Support achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management Familiarity with mortgage servicing operations Strong analytical skills, ability to identify issues, determine root cause, and find solutions Excellent influencing, communication, and written skills as well as excellent team building and relationship building skills Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities Self-motivated and results oriented Must be highly adaptable to change The ability to drive work of others to completion A BA/BS Degree is required Desired Skills: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt and Black Belt are preferred) PMP Certification
