I have a business website - a completed design. I need to transfer this design in psd format - and make modifications to the design. Nearly all pages are complete: need gaurentee, tos, and privacy policy pages - including a thank you opt-in page. The site will have services pages, and will be accepting payments via paypal. I then need the designed coded using thesis and all functionality completed according to the brief.
