Our client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Advisor that can provide In house support and be part of a legal team that provides general legal advice and assistance to all areas of the group. The role initally will be based as a contract role with a strong view to lead to a permanent position. The main duties of the role are as follows; * To assist each department when legal advice is requested and also assist with; - Outsourcing - Compliance - Operational - Commercial - Projects - Company Secretarial - External Lawyers Additionally the role will be to assist; * Building and maintaining relationships * Provision of Legal Awareness * Management of document database * Drafting of precedent documents The key requirements and skills are; The successful applicant must be a qualified solicitor or Barrister and have current UK practising certificate. You must be willing to assist and participate in all work and projects Have superb communication skills and be able to listen and assess colleagues opinions and manage expectations Assess legal issues quickly and provide clear advice is essential You would need to have general company and commercial Law experience.
