The Role: Managing and delivering image and photo shoot productions including contract and service negotiation. This is a very busy role that offers support to the Creative Team by maintaining relationships with external agencies and resources, researching for concepts, management of archives as well as handling all brief requirements. Responsibilities: Overseeing production schedules with Designers and Editors. Managing briefs Managing and producing in-house and external stills and video shoots from conception to production for web or print. This includes, but is not limited to photo research, location, prop and sample sourcing, model casting, hair & make-up and artist bookings. Manage creative services including photographers, models, hair, make-up and props. Understand fully the market rates and negotiate appropriately when necessary. Image and music research for Editorial features & marketing briefs on all shoots and videos. Understand copyright usage for images and music to be put into practice. Archive all imagery, video footage, music and directory of contacts Contribute to production workflow processes to enhance and increase efficiency and quality of deliverables. Manage budgets on assigned projects. Ensuring quality and accuracy of images throughout is paramount Provide key support to image/music archiving and research, accuracy checks, general research and admin. Essential Skills & Requirements: You must have proven production experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a creative agency, publisher or design office. Contacts with global fashion photographic, model, hair and make-up agencies Understanding of the digital and print art-working process Experience in managing budgets and working in Excel. Good judgment, a sense of initiative and a professional working manner. Interested in design, fashion news and developments. Proficient in PowerPoint, Vision, MS Word and Excel, and Design packages an advantage. Desirable Skills: Proven workflow management and print/web production experience. Direct experience in luxury fashion market Magazine/fashion production experience in a bookings or agency role would be an advantage. £120 per day starts ASAP.
