Job Title : Marketing and Business Development Executive Location : Clevedon, North Somerset Salary: £25000 - £28000 per annum Our client is a medium size Medico-legal agency providing specialist medical reports and rehabilitation treatment for the claimants of their client Solicitors. They are based in Clevedon, North Somerset being 12 miles south of Bristol. They require a creative, commercially aware and proactive marketing executive to develop and execute marketing and communication activities for this professional company in the Medico-legal services sector. Knowledge of the legal and/or insurance sector will be advantageous. This role is central to the sales and marketing function of this growing business. The jobholder will work with senior management to formulate and implement the company`s marketing strategy. Degree educated and/or CIM qualified with 4/5 years of experience you can expect a starting salary of £25,000 to £28,000. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically and use initiative whilst being hands-on and managing several projects at the same time without losing focus. Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills are required along with a high level of confidence to build strong business relationships both internally and externally. Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining market strategies to meet agreed company objectives - Developing marketing and sales plans and initiatives in conjunction with the Business Development manager. - Compiling market research and competitor data for analysis. - The production of sales and marketing material to include leaflet flyers and brochures. - Web content management. - Managing internal and external communications to include copy writing for brochures and sales letters. - Providing leads to the Business Development Manager resulting from marketing initiatives. - Coordinating business proposal/tenders. - Supporting client relationships existing and new. - Management of exhibitions and Events.
