Principal Function: Analysis, design, develop, implement, and maintain new and existing in house and third party software applications. Supervisory Responsibilities for: None Essential Duties: ( Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned) 1. Create new in house applications which may require integration with third party software and controls. 2. Support and maintain existing applications as necessary, which includes additional functionality, report generation, and support for training, and documentation. 3. Maintain currency in all development tools currently in use to include: Visual Basic, Access, Net, Sql Server, and Windows OS. 4. Additional duties required as directed by the Sr. Mgr IT Application Development. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: (List the licenses, certificates, or registrations that are required to perform the essential duties of this job.) Certifications in Microsoft VB is recommended Computer Skills Required: VB, VBA. SQL. .NET, Office Automation, Relational Database Design, ActiveX component design and implementation, in-depth knowledge of transactional client-server programming, understanding of networks and networking protocols.
