Department Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced Department Assistant to work in a professional fast paced environment. This temporary assignment is with our regulatory client in downtown Toronto. You will be responsible for the scheduling meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; internal and external correspondences; creating presentations and reports; maintaining files and records; and ensuring information is up-to-date. You will have tact, discretion and professionalism when dealing with others to support positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
