Skill Set : JOB TITLE is Development Integrator position Key Responsibilities: ? Install, configure, and maintain operating system servers in support of business requirements. ? Perform software installations and upgrades to hardware and operating system software. ? Maintain and manage source code using RCS and Clearcase. ? Perform product software builds and installations in a multi server environment. ? System Administration for product development environment. ? Assist software developers in a product development environment ? Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels. ? Work with delivery personnel directly to support development and production environments. ? Direct communication with software team and project management. Qualifications & Expectations: ? Must have a 4 year college degree or, in lieu of, 10+ years of professional work experience in a similar position working for a large enterprise software company. ? 2+ years of experience in a Software Development environment. ? Working knowledge of Unix, MS Windows & command line skills ? Must be comfortable in an open communication environment, team experience ? Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously ? Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills ? Strong analytical ability and communications skills ? Must be able to work with and leverage skills from other teams in the organization ? This position may require travel to other development or customer sites in North America and Europe Desired Skills and Experience (nice to have): ? Experience with administering source control management ? Experience with shell-scripting ? Experience with software development that uses databases ? Experience with C, C++, Pascal, Fortran ? Experience with AIX, Linux (Red Hat), and Solaris. ? Experience with virtualization platforms ?
