We are always looking for  a high-energy individuals who would be responsible for developing and executing change management strategy for critical business initiatives within services area of our clients.  You must  thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment – and be able to react quickly to the changing situations - as well as work with a distributed team (lots of conference calls). Term of contract will potentially be long-term with ongoing renewals - or the option to serve on other projects in a similar capacity. Key responsibilities would include: Analyze resource requirements and schedule for deployment, Conduct Change Management analyses to identify pre- and post-implementation scenarios, Create, manage, and execute Project Plan for all Change Management team deliverables including but not restricted to assessment, sponsorship/stakeholder management, training and communications business readiness, and sustainability, Conduct cross-functional stakeholder assessment of impact, issues, and mitigations, Establish leadership alignment to build sponsorship for change initiatives, Create metrics to assess the progress and effectiveness of Change Management strategy and process, Develop and administer assessments to measure stakeholder, organization, and user change readiness, Support frequent (monthly) releases with change management deliverables Facilitate large and diverse cross-functional team meetings in a global environment, Identify opportunities to minimize project risks and escalate as appropriate, and Manage and resolve day-to-day escalations from teams.  Must have excellent business communications (written, verbal, and graphical), demonstrated stakeholder collaboration/interaction skills (influencing, negotiating, etc.), proven success in leading medium to large scale change initiatives with virtual teams, adept at prioritizing work tasks and work on multiple tasks effectively, solid project management skills/experience, and strong problem-solving capabilities. BA/BS (Masters degree preferred) in relevant field/area and  5-10 years change management strategy and implementation experience. Must be able to work onsite in either San Jose, CA or South San Francisco (depends on the client) as needed. No third parties. References required. Background check.
