Enterprise B2B Ecommerce PM/BA - Wall Street New York, NY B2B Ecommerce Web Product Manager/Business Analyst needed to work on Wall Street Create dynamic Customer-facing Web products, usually across a range of companies, either web-specific or for larger companies with major web presence. This role is for someone who enjoys wear multiple hats. You will be responsible for defining HCI experience using wireframes, spec out the functional requirements to deliver it, and manage the process through to delivery, as well as coordinate IT and formal project management. My client is looking for a web product manager, which has BA spec capabilities as part of a web specific background - consumer and complex web applications both are best. Sitemaps / Wireframes / Functional Specification background, maybe coming up the ranks as a developer and has strong experience managing web based products from inception to delivery. Needs the Enterprise B2B Ecommerce and ability to wireframe and Agile environment or start up environment are big plusses. Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans that are the blueprint for product development - Delivery of high-quality project documentation including status reports, change management orders and meeting minutes as well as working with the team to ensure excellence in all documentation deliveries - Create the visibility necessary to carry a product through launch by ensuring it is thoroughly vetted and acceptable to the client and that necessary work products are available to hand-off to the product development team members at each phase of the software product development lifecycle - Coordinate activities of internal and external product team members to assist in gathering product requirements and identifying the impacts of these features and enhancements to the overall project plan - Create staffing plans and cost estimates to reflect desired delivery timelines and product requirement - Instrumental in prioritizing and coordinating features for deployment while constantly assessing decisions against customer value, business impact, and technical tradeoffs - Work closely with the product manager, design staff, content manager and technical lead to manage project issues lists, change requests, client escalations, bug fixes, and setup of ongoing operational support, as necessary - Work closely with the engineering teams to optimize plans to deliver above expectations in both product features and quality - Reviews QA test cases and assists the product manager in providing subject matter expertise support to QA Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product or project management with demonstrated success in the delivery of web-based projects and initiatives - Excellent project management & communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and decision-makers - Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle - In depth understanding of technical and user experience issues typically encountered in web-based product development - Ability to adjust to frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Ability to keep credibility, customer relationships, and sound business judgment as their core focus.
