Implementation Services Engineer The Implementation Services Engineer is responsible for traveling to customer sites to install, configure and troubleshoot. Products include Verint suite of products, Shoretel unified communications products, and various hardware products such as Voice Telephony cards and Client/Client/IBM servers. Essential job responsibilities and tasks Assemble and configure computer telephony server hardware components Install and configure Windows 2003/2008 Server operating system software Install and configure third party software components Install and configure high volume storage, tape backup systems and software Accurately test, verify quality and document server build for support purposes Exercise care and quality at all times while observing ESD procedures Must be able to travel to a customer s site to work as needed Proactively obtaining, creating, maintaining, and organizing installation documentation Completing any additional tasks, special projects, providing customer support, and/or on-site installation and configuration as directed by management Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction that is focused on excellence and cross-functional collaboration and teamwork for continuous improvement Remote position work anywhere in the United States! Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to learn new things quickly Willing to travel up to 100% and work weekends and evenings as needed Self -motivated Strong technical troubleshooting abilities Must be customer service focused Excellent problem solving skills Bachelor s degree in business or IT-related VOIP/Telephony installation an configuration experience including Dialogic and AI-Logix Experience building Client, IBM or Client Server hardware MCSE 2003 or 2008 and A+ Certifications Hardware and server experience Deep knowledge of industry standard IP PBX telephony environments (Avaya, Cisco, etc.)
