A UK-based accountancy practice is looking for a proficient and experienced Accounts Technician/ Accountant to outsource accountancy assignments to. There will be a range of regular outsourced assignments in the general accounts arena – generally accounts preparation and production and potentially tax planning and tax return preparation and production. While there will be a variety of tasks, very often book-keeping records (generally reconciled to bank, but not always) or trial balance will be passed over for accounts finalisation to financial statements etc – and potentially tax return preparation and completion. Generally either a Sage File or a Excel working papers will be passed over and a clear brief given. Must be capable of completing work to UK standards without supervision. While it will be necessary to pilot on a few test jobs first, if this is successful there will be a number of regular assignments made available, as the practice looks after a number of business clients year each.
