I need a program created to overcome some human errors that I’m getting from transferring data from my telemarketers who use zoho (as the crm) and our system which uses infusionsoft for crm and email marketing. I will explain the current process and see if you could give me an idea of a solution to automate it. Step 1. Currently our telemarketers call contacts that they have in the zoho crm database (the some of which are in our infusionsoft database) – they add notes and send an email to the prospect Step 2. At the end of their day the manager sends an email export to my virtual assistant There are 2 email contents 1. The contacts that have notes - good and bad 2. At the end of the week all contacts with call back et. Step 3. The virtual assistant imports the information into the infusinsoft – email 1 above The problem is the Virtual Assistant sometimes doesn’t receive the emails or it gets lost. I’m looking for something that will take the information directly from zoho and put it into infusionsoft.
