I need an online "student learning outcomes" assessment software for the internet that can be installed and run on Windows 2000 to Windows 7 (including Windows Me, XP and Vista) computers without administrative privilege and can break down students' performance from multiple classes and analyze it according to course objectives to see whether course objectives or goals were achieved for each class as well as groups of classes. (Software will allow me to design and post questions on the internet, so that students can answer the questions on the internet.) Here are the specifics: I need (1) a small and portable program which (2) can be run without administrative privilege, (3) on the internet, where students can enter their own names, ID numbers and class numbers or meeting times, and (4) take a quiz which can be analyzed for each class as well as groups of classes, in terms of categories or groups of questions, (5) to see how individual students, classes or groups of classes performed at different times during the course (e.g. during the beginning, middle and end of the class or course)." Here are some of the details: The program has to (1) be fully portable so that it can be installed and run on Windows 2000 to Windows 7 (including Windows Me, XP and Vista) computers without administrative privilege, (2) be able to figure out whether students got the right answers in each group of questions (all multiple choice) and (3) indicate (a) whether students have achieved the goals (set by the teacher) and, also, (b) whether the students have improved their performance. So there are at least 2 kinds of analyses needed. Just knowing how many questions students got right isn't enough to generate the final or desired analysis. Further, (4) if I am teaching the same thing to 3 different classes, and each class is learning the same thing, I would like to find out how each class did separately on each goal (for the class) and also how all the 3 classes together (combined) did on each goal. Additionally, (5) I would like to be able to add or import data, maybe from new questions, and use it to update the analysis. Lastly, (6) I would like to be able to generate graphs from the analysis and (7) be able to export data CSV, TAB, and Excel (xls) formats.
