Our client in the Raynham, Massachusetts area is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Product Planning team on a long term temporary basis. Responsibilities: Maintaining catalog lists - line, retail price and parts Shipping product samples to suppliers Opening product samples from suppliers Circulating trade and consumer publications to the team Creating a vendor file system Correcting product codes in JD Edwards Typing PPA's and circulating them to various individuals for signature Ordering products from retail Setting up meetings with Suppliers Taking notes during key meetings Tagging samples for product managers Creating RRF's for tooling and designer services Product literature Creating templates for communication objectives so product managers could fill in key information Downloading photography images after each photo shoot which will be used in training and customer service presentations Organizing existing product files and purging outdated information The ideal candidate for this position will possess: 2 years of experience Bachelors in Marketing Proficiency in MS Office/ Access Ability to interact in a professional manner Ability to take direction well and work independently If you are qualified and are interested in this position, please submit your resume today!
