Banking Team Leader/Officer London   6 Month Contract   Within this role you will actively lead and manage a direct savings team, ensuring that business objectives and excellent customer service is delivered at all times.   As well as having an exceptional customer focused mindset, ideally, you will have previous retail banking experience, a working knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook etc) and strong verbal and written communication skills.   Relevant experience in providing regular and varied coaching and actively working on development areas is also required.   Headstart Employment is an Equal Opportunity employer
