Telephone Asset Support - Customer Service
Our client is one of the Pacific Northwest's signature companiesseeking a support resource for an excellent contract opportunity. About 100 retail stores are queued to get new wireless backup systems. It will be up to this candidate to send the new backup systems and patiently walk each store through installation. This will require capable interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical staff. Once an install is completed, the candidate will document it in a spreadsheet. S/He will also be responsible for (hard line) phone management. The candidate will take in and release desk top phones to new employees, which will also be tracked. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills Self-motivation Ability to take initiative/ask great questions Good Technical Support experience Inventory experience Ability to walk an end user through network connectivity via phone
