Anteo Group has an immediate need for a Technical Documentation Specialist. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will play an integral part working with the current architecture team with creating and delivery solutions definition documents for various current and past projects. The chosen consultant will be a technologist at heart and have the ability to ask a lot of questions and be a detective for facts. This is a standalone position where minimal supervision will be given. The ability to dig in to the details and produce high quality content related to specific projects are essential for this role. Note takers or candidates who do not have a proven track record of working multiple initiatives with many touch points will not be considered for the role. The candidate is expected to work with an extremely technical architecture team and have the ability to understand what is being done, understand the stakeholders in the process, architect conversations and meetings, be a leader and communicate very effectively. The deliverable for this role will be a solutions definition document (which is already a defined template). The consultant will be expected to work directly with the team to complete the content and should cover everything from a high level Visio diagram to licensing constraints, functional purpose, etc. The ability to work across teams and be comfortable talking to very technical people is paramount for success in this role. This contract is initially slated to run 3 - 4 months with the possibility to extend if additional teams need similar work done. Interviews are scheduled to start immediately and will be a one interview process with a decision to follow shortly thereafter.
