We are looking for a flash developer/deisgner to customize an existing fla file.. We have lost our current flash developer and have an immediate request from a client to modify the flash on his site. The client wants minor changes done now, but will have more work in the future. The current flash has a spinning globe (which we purchased) with stars on certain countries. The client wants to remove some of the stars and add some others. Should be fairly simple task for a knowledgeable flash developer. Please provide your rate, and experience with Flash, Action Script, Decompiler, etc. I am attaching the swf file to show the current flash.
