They are experiencing an extended period of growth cross category and are looking for an experience Own Brand / NPD Manager to join the business on an interim basis.   The successful candidate will be essentially tasked with improving customer satisfaction and increasing profits for their own label offering.   The successful candidate should have experience in:   Developing own label brands in collaboration with other key internal stakeholders Ensuring delivery of sales and margins Understanding the customer’s needs and developing the products along a similar line Ensuring the quality, pricing and packaging of the brand is maintained Regularly checking customer feedback and streamlining internal processes from the data gathered   The successful candidate will have:   Strong own brand / label product knowledge Outstanding customer service and customer understanding An eye for detail Strong relationship building techniques     ASP Retail – specialist retail head office recruiters – buying – category management – product management - marketing – merchandising – logistics – space planning – store planning - property
