An opportunity has now arisen for a Compliance Consultant to join their team in the Glasgow Office. As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for making new locums fully compliant and maintaining the compliance for active locums as assigned. Your role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with both recruitment consultants and their candidates, together with efficient administration. Your duties will include: - acquiring verified IDs and liaising with locums to ensure their applications are completed - obtaining references for locums - ensuring locums have completed all necessary training - acquiring all necessary serology reports and immunisation history that is necessary to ascertain a Fit to Work certificate - co-ordinating the phlebotomy service To be considered, you must have: - extensive administration experience - experience of producing documentation at the highest level of accuracy - a driving licence - proficiency in Microsoft Office packages As a Compliance Consultant, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail is also essential. Any compliance experience gained within a similar industry, such as healthcare or recruitment with Phlebotomy skills, would be beneficial
