I have a binder/ notebook from my sports of all my technique and training notes that I have written down over the past 3 years. It is a lot of one page notes, some two or three... and probably a total of 400 pages (I'm guessing). I want to get it all typed up and saved onto a flash drive or computer file so that I can go back and edit or add to what is there. I want to create a printed version for my coach for his birthday as a thank you for all the time and effort that he has put into training me.
