Mandarin - Customer Service Advisor
We are an energetic, expanding Risk Management Solutions company, based in the Baltic Area Gateshead, handling and fulfilling sales promotions for our clients. With customer service the heart of our business we have exciting opportunity for a full time customer services agents to join our busy, growing team. We are looking for people with a great work ethic, a passion for the job who would enjoy working in a lively but challenging environment. Fluent Mandarin (written/oral). Experience in customer service would be an advantage, but more important is an understanding of the value of good customer service and a desire to make a difference to a fast growing company. Duties and responsibilities Include; � Handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors � Addressing customers' enquiries over the telephone and via internet and e-mail � Providing quality advice and information to customers � Resolving queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their enquiry � Maintaining records and databases � You will also be required to make outbound calls You will need: � To be able to work to best practice timescales set by the business � Strong verbal and written communication skills � IT literate with a good knowledge of databases � To be proactive and work on your own initiative � A flexible approach to work � FLUENT Mandarin � Ideally also German, French.
