One of our Clients, located in Solon, OH has an immediate contract to hire opportunity for an entry-level Lab Tech - Biology/Microbiology. Responsibilities Preparing materials using approved procedures and techniques Performing controls on materials and maintain accurate records and reports Proper decontamination of all used materials Collecting samples from various locations in facility - freezer, storage, warehouse, dock, etc. Maintaining inventory of lab supplies Cleaning and sanitizing lab area/equipment Maintaining and documenting the Internal Control Plans for the lab Collecting micro samples from raw materials received at the dock Manage documentation from vendors to the corresponding paperwork Assist in the Incoming Goods Lab on as as-needed basis Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Biology or Microbiology; great opportunity for a Recent Grad! School or equivalent laboratory experience Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented, and have good computer and communication skills W-2 contract to hire position in Solon, OH; Hours are 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday; 30-40 hours per week Pay is $15/hr No relocation assistance or per diem available Must be eligible to work for any employer in the US Individual must pass a cybex fitness test.
