We are looking for an experienced, talented individual to lead all aspects of design work for one of the team’s largest and most-important clients. You will work together with the Lead Copywriter and Global Marketing Manager on projects that will be seen and used all around the world – both externally, and within Capgemini. Your role: · Work closely with the Copywriter, Marketing Manager (and in some cases, directly the Global Marketing Director) · Translate creative briefs into a strong vision that can be used across print, web, mobile and motion · Execute that vision for it to be used on a wide variety of deliverables and work with other designers, developers and copywriters to deliver a consistently branded, complementary range of deliverables (everything from PowerPoint templates, to high-impact teaser animations) · To be ultimately responsible for the quality of the visual materials created on any given project. We expect you to: · Show us a well-rounded portfolio of work, demonstrating your capabilities and a strong understanding of client objectives and strategies · Demonstrate your experience of having worked across a variety of design disciplines (3D and motion are particularly important to us) · Be proficient in (or have a strong understanding of) the majority of tools in Adobe Creative Suite · Communicate confidently in English and be able to explain and justify the conceptual thinking and creative process behind your work · Show us that you are passionate about what you do. We are looking for people that are keen to use the latest tools and technology and are able to understand where their use will help to improve the quality of finished work. Formal requirements · Fluent in written and spoken English
 · 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency
