Faculty, Lecturer, Legal Studies The Woodbury School of Business houses the only ABA-approved baccalaureate program for legal studies in Utah. The program is dynamic and growing in terms of student involvement, engagement, and scholarly activity. The coursework is rigorous, highly academic, and prepares students for law-related careers in the public and private sectors; many graduates from the program go on to law school. Additionally, the Woodbury School of Business' undergraduate business degrees are accredited by the AACSB. Summary of Duties: Creates, manages and participates in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other faculty and staff to promote the general well-being of the department and the college, and collective and individual interest of its staff and student body. Support and seek always to fulfill the guiding concepts for the college embodied in the Philosophy, Mission, Values and Vision adopted by UVU. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited institution having earned a terminal degree in law (Juris Doctor or equivalent).
