You may be required to work in any facility within The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network. Should this occur, reasonable notice will be provided This is a Temporary Part Time position working 19 hours per week up to 03 June 2013 with a possibility of extension and is classified as a Dental Assistant Grade 1. The Dental Services Department of the Children's Hospital at Westmead is involved with providing a full range of dentistry for infants, children and adolescents with special needs who are either in -patients or visiting as out -patients. The Department also provides an after hours emergency service. The Department is committed to making oral health an integral part of the Hospitals' total health care service. Accordingly customer service activities are very important. Overall we are a small, busy Department that values a co-operative and friendly working environment. The Dental Assistant will be expected to work closely with the Senior Dental Assistant in all aspects of clinical duties and clerical practice.
