They will assist the Mobile Asset Management team by working with team members to effectively handle new service orders and help customers with service questions and concerns on cellular phones, PDA’s, air cards, and pagers. The individual will handle a portion of the TCOM bills by reviewing invoices to determine the correct charges and paying the eligible charges.
