Job Description: Looking for a collaborative, highly organized professional to assist in supporting financial benefit programs, including 401(k), financial education, educational assistance, life and AD&D insurance, long-term care insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts and health savings accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task efficiently and with little supervision. An understanding of employee benefit plan policies, practices and applicable laws, specifically in the areas of financial benefits, is also a plus. This position will partner closely with the Financial Benefits Manager to shape the strategic direction and design of the programs, and will be directly responsible for in-depth auditing, analysis, forecasting and proactive issue resolution, daily administration, management of complex employee issues, education/training related to these programs, and participating in program implementations, enhancements and vendor management. Job Experience: Responsibilities: -Analyze program data for forecasting and program improvement opportunities -Manage all IRS and department required testing and audits -Provide support for the contribution reconciliation process for the 401(k) and HSA programs -Manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various financial benefit programs, including program analysis and recommendations, communications and HR customer service training -Collaborate and/or consult with internal partners on plan design and administration -Develop and enhance program training, communications and/or tools Necessary skills and abilities: -4 - 6+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience -Self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast paced environment -Able to research, analyze and present data and recommendations in an organized and logical manner -Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to consult with all levels of management -Experience working on complex issues where analysis requires an in depth evaluation of variable factors -Well-developed problem analysis and resolution skills, with ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. -Exceptional customer service and communication skills -Experience working in a team environment, collaborating on projects, as well as daily issues -Proficient in Excel and database programs, Mac experience a plus -Bachelors degree and experience in a mid/large organization; experience in the high-tech and/or retail industry a plus Minimum Education Required: Bachelor Years of Experience Required: More than 5 years Expected Travel Time: None Keywords: Human Resources
